Getting back to NORMAL (?) Missionary Life....

We atarted the morning off attending District Meeting at the Wolska chapel! Warsaw l District Meeting was focused on the remarks from Elder Christofferson. It was a Great hour long discussion followed by role-playing focused on the District needs. Elders: Myer, Walter, Siebert, Hancock; Sisters: Sheets, Garcia and Smithee. Our District Leader, Elder Myler, with his perfect penmanship. Nobody has a more professional written out outline of their District Meetings than Elder Myler. He presented an outstanding lesson and everyone participated in a great discussion.Sister Sheets getting the Family History Center organized. In a few weeks the members are taking over the operations of the Center. She has done a fabulous job of keeping things running, organized and busy.Since we were there, I thought I would catch you up on the repairs at the chapel. Due to the water pipes breaking a few weeks ago, the remodeling and clean up continue. Things are looking better! It will be great to soon have things back to normal. After the conference last week , it's now time to make some concrete decisions regarding companionships. We have a new group coming in next week. That means a TRANSFER is coming. President and his Assistants are busy working on the transfer board to get things ready.Things are coming together, but it is NOT final until the new missionaries arrive and interview with President. (So don't get any ideas about zooming in and seeing where your loved one will be serving! It may change!) Elders Dabrowski and Krzyminski are a big help as always. That night, President had several meetings and interviews at the Wiktorska chapel in Warsaw. At the YSA Center there, Dominik is checking his Facebook account and getting ready for FHE and Institute. Dominik has about 7 weeks before he reports to the MTC and then the Washington Tacoma Mission. He will be ready.FHE was well attended tonight and then followed by Institute class. Our YSA's are doing a great job friendshipping investigators and just having a great time being together. They love the fact that our YSA Center is open every day from 16:00 on.......(except Sundays and Mondays). (L to R) standing: Adam, Marta, Nina, Dorota, Nasa, Dominik and the Jensens. Kneeling- Kamil, Kinga, Katie and Michol. What an outstanding group! This is 'my reality' for the next several days! With all our missionaries coming to Warsaw for the All Poland Conference with Elder Christofferson, 'housekeeping chores' were inevitable! This is a bit undaunting....and it doesn't even include to more large black bags of dirty laundry that were brought over late AND the 3 loads of laundry that I have already done! But....it is ALL worth it! I just want to get a handle on it before more missionaries arrive next week! I DO LOVE THIS CHURCH, AND I KNOW THAT IT IS TRUE!
