The Week-end of December 15th and 16th.

The week-end started up north with a Holiday Concert in Gdansk.
The Gdansk Missionaries and Members got together to bring the Christmas spirit to their friends and families.  This branch recently moved into the new chapel.  With their growth they needed a larger meeting place.
 There was singing....
 guitars, violins and piano selections.
The Branch Choir did a beautiful job singing both English and Polish Christmas songs.
Patryk read scriptures telling of the birth of our Savior.
Even the Primary was involved as Agnieszka and her children added to the Christmas spirit. A special Thank you to Elder Myler for directing this program. Everyone was spiritually uplifted.
Now, in another part of Poland....
Rafal was called and sustained by President Jarosz (1st Counselor in the Mission Presidency) as the 2nd Counselor in the Warsaw District Presidency.
Remember Czarek who was baptized over a week ago? Today he was ordained a  Priest in the Aaronic Priesthood. It is so great to see the Priesthood becoming stronger here in Poland. Czarek (middle) shown with President Rzeczycki (Warsaw I Elder's Quorum President) and Bogdan (Counselor in the Warsaw I Branch Presidency) and Elders Dopp, Hooker and Cieslak all serving in the Warsaw I Branch.
We finished up the day by attending a YSA Christmas event....
Here we are with some of the YSAs that attended. (Standing): Elder and Sister Jensen, Luiza, Marta (Sitting): Karolina, Kamil, Kamila and Agnieszka. Along with a Christmas message and some great food, these great YSAs participated in their 1st White Elephant Exchange. It was a learning experience for all!
