Once a Missionary, Always a Missionary!

We had this great experience passed on to us...
A couple of weeks ago a few of our missionaries got together for a ski trip and a fun couple of days.  Friday night when they arrived, what did they do?  Just like they learned on their missions-  A great tomorrow starts the night before with planning.  So that is what the former Elders Dabrowski, Hillyard, Buckner, Lundin, Tanner and Murphey did.  We just love these guys and all of our missionaries!
The next morning everyone was up bright and early. This morning it looks like they enjoyed a great breakfast before off to the slopes.  They were in for a great experience...
(Murphey, Sebastian, Hillyard, Dabrowski, Lundin, Buckner and Tanner)
This is their account:  "As you guys know there is no such thing as coincidences. Being six Polish returned missionaries and always wanting to have fun, we decided to SYL (speak your language) pretty much the whole time and act as if we were from Poland with one person translating for all of us. Well someone heard us speaking Polish, walked up to us and asked us if we were from Poland... in Polish. We met a young 17-year old foreign exchange student from Gdansk! His name was Sebastian. We immediately were all over him talking in Polish and spent several hours riding with him down the slopes. Once it came time for lunch, we asked him what he was doing. Seeing how he wasn’t doing anything, we invited him to eat with us. We shared the gospel a little with him,  gave him a pass along card and we all exchanged contact information. We were all so excited.  For many of us, this was the first time we had seen a native Polish person since our missions. It was absolutely amazing circumstances... an unforgettable weekend for all of us".
Once a missionary- Always a missionary.  Especially the great missionaries from the Poland Warsaw Mission.  We love these missionaries!
