A visit to Lublin for Church! Feb 10, 2013

Arriving in Lublin early Sunday morning, we were trying to find a parking space when we looked out the window and saw...
...2 Elders without coats/jackets walking down the road....in -3 C weather!  Elder Peacock and Elder Rittmanic assured me that they were not cold and had only run out to take their garbage to the dumpster.  We stopped by their apartment to pick them up on our way to the Chapel.
Visiting their apartment, we found it spotless.  The missionaries have done a very good job of keeping their apartments clean and in great order.
Lublin is a two-man city...but Elder Rittmanic and Elder Peacock are fortunate to have great members to help them with Missionary work.  They had the closets stocked with missionary supplies and copies of the Book of Mormon.
President Chang, Branch President of the Lublin Branch, is there bright and early to help get things set up for the meetings.
He does a great job leading this Branch in all ways.
The Gladun family will soon be reunited with their Missionary (his plaque is on the wall behind them) who will be released from the Poland Warsaw Mission in about 10 days. Elder Gladun (now serving in Szczecin) has done a great job...
Mikolaj and Maddox are usually inseparable during church.  Mikolaj is the translator in the Branch and his English has become excellent.  This is a great young man.  We cannot wait for him to serve a mission.
Maddox with his Mom and Dad and their friends, Anna and Arek.
The Elders with Marius who is also willing to do whatever it takes to keep this Branch running smoothly.
Jasmine and Grace (she and her husband were recently married in the temple in Taiwan!) were also there.  Another wonderful day in Poland attending Church in the wonderful city of Lublin.  Sister Johnson and Mikolaj gave great talks and Sister Gladun taught a wonderful lesson in Sunday School.  You can't ask for much better.
