A special visitor comes to Poland...finally!

My granddaughter, Chloe, has been waiting since May 2011 to come to Poland.  That was when her younger sister came, and Chloe thought 'her turn' was going to be right afterwards. Her trip was again postponed when Grandma ended up in the hospital.  It looked as though Chloe would never get to come to Poland...
But the day finally arrived, and she came walking out of the baggage area...
...and into my arms.  I hardly recognized her...she had grown up so much!
Chloe was accompanied by her parents and soon-to-be new baby brother.  On the way home from the airport, an errand needed to be done....one that Chloe had requested.
Stopping by the drycleaner, we not only picked up Grandpa's shirts; but she was able to meet 'Bobi'....someone her sister had talked about for months!  Both were happy to meet each other.
As soon as we got home, Chloe found her piano music and played several songs for us.  When we left for Poland, she was barely 5 years old.  She has grown up so much and can do so many great things.
Stay tuned...the next few blog posts will be "The Adventures of Chloe".  Tomorrow we head north!

  1. So fun for you Judi!! Your grandkids are darling - but Chloe is a Bennett - she looks so much like Sally! Have a wonderful time with her! Love you.
