Baby Shower in Lodz...

Agata and Tim Tudor are having a baby in a few weeks which means...baby shower in Lodz! So last Friday, Sister Richards and I decided to do something adventurous...like take the train for the first time (by ourselves)!
So here we are at the main train station in Warsaw. Buying the tickets was not a problem.....a little polish, a little english and a little sign language can do miraculous things!
Here we are at the (right) peron-platform. We know this because every 5 minutes we would ask someone if this was the train that would take us to Lodz. I know, we saw the sign...we just wanted to make sure! We were so excited we made it this far without getting lost that we took another picture.
The Baby Shower. The Lodz branch was so kind to come out and support Agata and Tim and their soon-to-be-born son, Frances. This was a great turn-out. It had been a horrible day weather wise. We had been snowed on all day, and it was very cold; but it didn't keep these great people from attending a party.

Sister Richards, Sister Harber (who is serving in Lodz with her husband), Agata and Tim and the 'gift'. Congratulations to some great soon-to-be parents!
