Agnieszka and Rafal arrive at the Registry Office of Warszawa- Wola to be married.
With everyone in place, the Judge began and married this wonderful couple. The witnesses were to the side and the parents and family took the first few rows behind Agnieszka and Rafel. The rest of the room was filled with friends.
After the ceremony, Agnieszka signed the certificate and...
Rafal signed where he was supposed to and... its official!
As they leave this short reception line they go through another corridor and they are showered with coins... and who gets to pick them up?
Yes, the newly married couple. Now Americans would be asking "where's the paper money?"
We finally got a second to say congratulations and wish them well. This is at the Wolska Chapel where there was food, a short program, music and visiting. Much work went into this because Rafal and Agnieszka mean so much to so many of us.
Outside the Chapel, they were showered with rice and then entered again...
