POZNAN here we come!

Yes, these were the great Elders and Sisters that are serving in Poznan that we were traveling to see last weekend....Elders Johnson and Torke and Sisters Ellis and Bailey.
It was a beautiful drive to Poznan....of course, I saw several great bridges!
This is a common site in Poland.....McDonald's Restaurants on both sides of the road in the middle of nowhere! They are always crowded!
The first thing we did when we got to Poznan that first night was take these hard-working missionaries out to dinner. Catching up on the work and their investigators was the main topic!
The next morning on the way to church, we drove around the city for a few minutes. This river is frozen over....completely!
A close-up. This might not seem picture worthy for many of you; but remember, we're from Las Vegas! This was our favorite site, however.......
But how else should you get a bathtub from one area of town to another?
The Poznan Branch. L to R: Sister Ellis, Piotr, Bozena, Kris, Gosia, Regina, Iza, Grazyna, Sister Bailey, Elder Johnson, Marian, Elder Torke (Branch President) and President Nielson
Bozena is a special friend. We have been exchanging gifts since we met last summer.
After the church meetings, we all gathered and had a great lunch together. This Branch is made up of wonderful people and has a wonderful spirit about it. We loved mingling with them. Thank you, Poznan Branch, for the warm welcome!
