We were up early for the drive to Poznan to attend the Bydgoszcz Zone Christmas Conference. We were glad to have our Assistants (Elders Hillyard and Dabrowski) with us to help with the driving... Poznan is about 4 1/2 hours away. When we planned this conference some 4 months ago, we thought there would be a lot of snow so we would take the train. The weather has been warm and dry, so we elected to drive instead. We also had many packages we needed to deliver in time for Christmas.
Sister Sheahan, Leppanen, Elders Dabrowski, Kennedy, Tanner, Sister and Elder Richards, Elder Hillyard and Ball. A special thanks to the Poznan District for helping with the conference, and especially Elder and Sister Richards for organizing and setting up everything.
Elders Vreeken, Lundin, Buckner, Rogers, Sister McAdams, the Simons, Sister Steadman, Elders Fletcher, Berry and Waits. The music today was wonderful as we have two of the best in this district- Sister Sheahan and Elder Rogers.
It was also Sister Richards birthday celebration and a big STO LAT to her.
The Zone went out Christmas Caroling. Again, the missionaries had a great time contacting and singing to those walking through this busy intersection.
We moved to an island where everyone walked by us. The missionaries rotated from singing to contacting. A great time was had by all.
The Bydgoszcz Zone. We had a wonderful day. There was lots to do. We love these Elders and Sisters. A very talented zone and they are doing great. The cities of Szczecin, Bydgoszcz, and Poznan are being well served by this group.
