In between the Leadership Training meetings, we had the Pawliks and Naboznys over for a BBQ (or "grill"). The rain stopped for a few hours, and we had a great time. We were out in our backyard with hamburgers, chicken, corn on the cobb, chips and salsa. It was like FHE on Maddingley....
The Pawliks arrived from Mielc minus their daughter, Evi, who flew to New Jersey to spend a month with cousins having lots of fun. President Pawlik is the Katowice District President, and it was nice for he and President Nielson to have some time to discuss some church business.
The Naboznys came and Dougie wasn't sure what I was doing.
This summer is so much nicer than last year. No mosquitos, the weather is cooler and it was the first time we have spent anytime in our backyard since we got to Poland a year ago.
It was a great evening. President has not forgotten how to cook, I have found the right ingredients for my salsa, and great friends to visit with. Thanks for coming by!
